Rail Survey

Sections through the railway..

Following an embankment slip, a section of railway (two lines) in Somerset had been re-modelled, the client D&D Rail required an As-Built survey of the two rail lines along with the banks on both sides of the track.

As you can see the survey has been contoured in order to clearly show the topography of the site on either side of the tracks. Sections have also been generated across the tracks and through the banks, these sections provide the client with both chainage and level info.
